America's martial arts action star Cynthia Rothrock strikes again as Janna, a woman who works both sides of the justice line. By day, she's a criminal psychologist who works for the defense; by night, aided by ESP, she avenges the victims of violent crime -- most notably her sister and nephew, who were both murdered. Tony Lo Bianco (The French Connection) co-stars, and Walter Koenig (of "Star Trek") plays Dr. Breitenheim.
